Join Dave and Wayne for genre television show news, a glimpse into what the hosts are currently watching, and commentary and analysis of the Prime VIdeo series The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power.
This week on the SciFi TV Rewatch podcast Dave and Wayne return to the world of Tolkein and the season two premiere that features the creation of the three rings and the conflicts surrounding the potential misuse of their power. 
In our What We're Watching segment, Dave completed S1 of Orphan Black: Echoes and really enjoyed it and also found time to complete the final season of Vikings: Valhalla. With school back in session, Wayne found it difficult to find any time for genre television viewing.
In Listener Feedback, Fred from the Netherlands watched a show Dave recommended earlier, the teen time travel tale Paper Girls. Alan in England finds fault w/the “Next time on Rings of Power” clips at episode’s end.

This week on the SciFi TV Rewatch podcast Dave and Wayne give Inception a second look disagree about virtually every aspect of Christopher Nolan’s film starring Leonardo DiCaprio. Whether any of it takes place in the real world is at the heart of the discussion, but Dave feels it’s unnecessarily complex when telling a relatively simple story. 
In our What We're Watching segment, Wayne continues with For All Mankind and Time Bandits, and Dave tries to keep his viewing schedule straight with shows scattered throughout the world including The Split and Murder In.
In Listener Feedback, Fred from the Netherlands questions whether Cobb’s gestures to his wife may have been misinterpreted, and Alan in England loves Saito’s line about buying the entire airline.

In our What We're Watching segment, Wayne recommends the Apple TV+ alternate history series For All Mankind, and Dave tackles the first season of the Netflix drama Shameless.
In Listener Feedback, Fred from the Netherlands feels Felix’s character is a bit over the top, and Alan in England wonders about a Tatiana Maslany guest appearance.

This week on the SciFi TV Rewatch podcast we discuss the series premiere of the latest chapter in the Clone Club universe starring Krysten Ritter of Jessica Jones fame. Though we both think it’s a solid pilot episode that urges the viewer to continue watching, we wonder whether it’s not a bit too derivative from a narrative structure perspective.
In our What We're Watching segment, Wayne gives the Summer Olympics coverage high marks, and Dave finally gets to see S4 of Babylon Berlin.
In Listener Feedback, Fred from the Netherlands gives some background regarding his podcast listening history, and Alan in England thinks Charlie’s accuracy w/the killshot is a bit hard to believe.

This week on the SciFi TV Rewatch podcast we discuss the series finale that includes Wayne and Amy going into the hole while Perry returns from the past with what amounts to a murder do-over. Has Amy traveled to the past or future? Does Perry’s return alter the timeline or is it now part of an alternate timeline. 
In our What We're Watching segment, Dave is NOT watching the Summer Olympics, but Wayne finds the field hockey and swimming extremely compelling.
In Listener Feedback, Fred from the Netherlands comments on Deadpool 2, Alan in England wonders about the writers’ plan for the narrative, and Susanne laments the fact that current shows often have fewer episodes in their entire runs than past series had in a single season.

This week on the SciFi TV Rewatch podcast we discuss Royal’s attempts to keep Autumn away from Amy and the Abbott’s acceptance that what Autumn says is true. Autumn is Amy. Is there some sort of telepathic connection that ingestion of the mineral causes? There sure seems to be.  
In our What We're Watching segment, Wayne finishes S3 of Vikings: Valhalla while Dave begins the second season. Wayne also finishes S2 of The Boys, and Dave returns to music w/his new favorite band The Warning. 
In Listener Feedback, Fred from the Netherlands comments on the Tatiana Maslany/Eliza Dushku comparisons, and Alan in England questions the geologist’s approach to the Abbott family in relation to the West Pasture.
