This week on the SciFi TV Rewatch podcast we discuss the standalone episode that follows the possible introduction of a multiverse story arc, and even though it’s a well crafted chapter, it’s a bit disappointing that the only push forward involves the possibility that the boy is an Observer.

In our What We're Watching segment, Wayne gets excited about season 4 of Ozark on Netflix and the first season of the HBOMax offering Our Flag Means Death, while Dave is lukewarm about the Netflix post-apocalyptic film Black Crab. Oh yeah, he gives a thumbs up to the erotic thriller series Dark Desire. 

In Listener Feedback, Fred from the Netherlands wonders why the boy never sent out distress messages before now.

This week on the SciFi TV Rewatch podcast we find it difficult to praise this episode of Fringe, but Walter’s willingness to meet with the mother of the girl who died in the lab fire 17 years ago stands as a highlight. There are simply too many weak plot details to grade this standalone above a B. 

In our What We're Watching segment, Wayne gives high praise to the first season of Vikings: Valhalla, and Dave, once again, talks about the Paul Giamatti series Billions currently airing on Showtime.
