Join Dave and Wayne for genre television show news, a glimpse into what the guys are currently watching, commentary and analysis for this week’s episode of the YouTube production Impulse, and our listener feedback.
This week on SciFi TV Rewatch we discuss the appearance of Zoe and her possible impact on the group dynamic should Townes read her in on the activities of Team Henry. More puzzling, however, is Lucas’ stunning admission and proposal regarding Henry and her role moving forward.
In our What We're Watching segment, Dave’s hooked on the FX/Hulu series Devs but still finds time to watch the Australian drama Offspring with his wife. Wayne zeroes in on the new season of Westworld.
In Listener Feedback, Fred from the Netherlands wonders about Henry’s reaction to Lucas’ pronouncement and whether she’s even more afraid of him than before.

This week on SciFi TV Rewatch we discuss the evolving relationships in “Seven of Hearts,” an episode which forces Henry to accept that Nikolai is truly trying to help her evade the people who want to explore her powers. The Mennonite story arc continues to flounder, and Anna doggedly pursues new leads.
In our What We're Watching segment, Dave opts for a tip-of-the-week and goes off on a mini-rant about people ignoring CDC social distancing recommendations in the fight against COVID-19. Taking a more traditional approach, Wayne follows up with his thoughts about Altered Carbon’s second season.
In Listener Feedback, Fred from the Netherlands keeps us up-to-date with the Coronavirus in his country and the lost opportunity for a one-on-one with Captain Kirk.

This week on SciFi TV Rewatch we discuss the awakening several of the characters contend with in “Crossing the Threshold,” an episode which forces Henry, Jenna, and Townes to acknowledge the dangerous world in which they find themselves. More to the point, however, is whether Nikolai is preparing Henry to escape the clutches of his “sister,” or stay under the radar to avoid getting caught up in her horrific experiments.
In our What We're Watching segment, Dave continues with the HBO series The New Pope, and both hosts talk a bit about the third season of the German Netflix series Babylon Berlin and its connections to Dark.
In Listener Feedback, Fred from the Netherlands questions Nikolai’s feelings toward Henry and keeps us posted on his connection to the Coronavirus.

This week on SciFi TV Rewatch we discuss the rare bottle episode that provides a detailed view of Nikolai’s origin story and the connections he has to the woman running the teleportation tests. We also examine the conclusion of Doctor Who Series 12 and the meaning of The Master’s revelation of the birth of the Time Lords.
In our What We're Watching segment, Dave gets caught up in motorsport as Netflix drops season two of Formula 1: Drive to Survive. Wayne takes an emotional journey with Jordan Peele’s Hunters before making his way through Altered Carbon and Babylon Berlin.
In Listener Feedback, Fred from the Netherlands wonders whether our new found connections to Nikolai are merely setting us up for disappointment down the road.
